Todd founded [RE]FOCUS Realty as an independent alternative to the larger corporate brokerages, so he can offer clients direct, local insight instead of a corporate playbook.
He works across Kailua-Kona, Holualoa, Kealakekua, Waikoloa, Waimea and North Kohala, representing both buyers and sellers on the West Side of the Big Island.
